往者尝据非空不空”,合说大乘为一切法空宗”、“唯识圆觉宗TX05n0004_p0841a03之二宗然以唯识与圆觉犹可分也故究竟显了乃分三宗

此三宗之分见于吾之论著者已不止六七次其引证发挥者皆可按覆参核今以TX05n0004_p0841a08瑜伽师地论第十云:‘如世尊言:“是诸缘起非我所作亦非余作所以者何TX05n0004_p0841a09若佛出世若不出世安住法性法住法界”。云何法性云何法住云何法界TX05n0004_p0841a10是诸缘起无始时来理成就性是名法性如成就性以无颠倒文句安立是名法住TX05n0004_p0842a01由此法住以彼法性为因是故说彼名为法界’。尤足引为诚证故再论之

论云法性”,此亦同名法性乃为缘起及缘所起诸法无始时来理成就性非安TX05n0004_p0842a03立谛不可施设唯法空般若所通达故以空慧为宗诸无漏法从般若得亦曰无漏般TX05n0004_p0842a04若宗论云法住”,此云法相是安立谛如法施设名相是识所缘唯识变现故以TX05n0004_p0842a05唯识为宗诸有为法皆唯识变亦曰有为唯识宗论云法界”,此亦同名法界法TX05n0004_p0842a06指法住界指法性法界一名包上法住法性而言在境即是性相一致在智即是理TX05n0004_p0842a07量同时此唯大圆满觉佛正遍知乃能如此故以圆觉为宗或佛慧佛知见为宗TX05n0004_p0842a08法界虽有时有处广说一切有为法皆是无为法若随拈一法皆是法界等而确为诸TX05n0004_p0842a09法真实如此之真如故亦云无为真如宗

然论法住何故此云法相法住一名知者鲜故不通用故法相一名与法住一名TX05n0004_p0842a11义相符故法相一名较法住一名义尤显故

此三宗之差别何在法性非安立故一切名相不可施设故唯用遮词遣破破如TX05n0004_p0843a01可破毕竟无一名之可得故唯引发法空般若以通达之龙树系大乘学属之法相是TX05n0004_p0843a02安立故施设诸法名相故多用表词成立破亦为立显了无一法之不建故当善巧TX05n0004_p0843a03唯识现义以贯持之无著系大乘学属之法界非安立非不安立遮表破立同时一致TX05n0004_p0843a04施设不施设皆不可思议故是如来大圆觉海之所印证

此三宗之次第若何在实证由加行位入通达位宗在通达法性之空慧由通达TX05n0004_p0843a06位入修习位宗在贯持法相之唯识由修习位入究竟位宗在印证法界之圆觉在初TX05n0004_p0843a07则依法界圆觉以生信依法相唯识以成解依法性空慧以修行故为两重次第TX05n0004_p0843a08初心依圣言量起比现量实证依真现量成圣比量
